How do I place an order?
Ordering is easy at Newsrates.com! Simply use the search box at the top of the page to search for a newspaper name or by your delivery ZIP code. Next, select the newspaper of your choice, choose an offer and click the “Subscribe Now” button. Finally, fill in your billing and delivery details. When all required information has been entered, click “Place Order”. You’ll receive a confirmation email to the billing email address provided within 1 hour.
Can I order more than one newspaper to the same address?
No, the offers on Newsrates.com are limited to one subscription per household. If you would like to order more copies, please contact the newspaper directly.
How can I request a refund?

What payment methods do you accept?

What is the difference between print and digital subscriptions?
Print delivery subscriptions are physical newspapers delivered directly to your door. Digital delivery is an online newspaper delivered in electronic form which is formatted identically to the print version. Digital access allows you to read the newspaper online from a website.

How do I check which newspapers are available in my area?
Navigate to the homepage and enter your delivery zip code. All newspapers that populate on the following page will be available for delivery to your address. We cannot deliver to PO boxes or correctional facilities. Please contact customer support if you cannot find any available newspaper titles.
How long will it take to receive my newspaper?
The delivery of your first newspaper depends on the publication frequency of the newspaper you ordered. Generally, publishers ask that you allow 3-5 business days for daily print subscriptions, and 1-2 weeks for weekly newspapers, and 24-48 hours for digital newspaper subscriptions. Specific delivery times for each publication can be found on the description tab of the newspaper offer page.
Do you deliver outside of the U.S.?

How do I change my mailing address?

What happens after my introductory subscription term?
The subscription rates offered are typically at an introductory price and are not guaranteed to be the same at renewal. Subscriptions will auto-renew at the current rate after intro term unless cancelled.
